This cartridge refills by using a syringe to inject ink into the cartridge from the ink refill port.  It takes 5 minutes to
refill the cartridge.  Reseal the refill port by installing the refill plug, you are ready to print.  Always refill when the
low ink warning appears, it is an easy way save hundreds of $$$ on ink cost.  We use quality pigment inks
made in the USA.  Over 90% of our clients are photographers.  Quality is what keeps them coming back.

Identify the breather port and the refill port from the picture above.  The breather port should stay open before
printing.  Plug this port if the cartridge is removed for storage.  The other port should only be open when refilling
the cartridge.  Caution:  If this port is not sealed, ink will drain out of the cartridge.  It will take hours for the ink
to leak out,  just seal this port after refilling the cartridge and don't worry if ink will drain while refilling the
cartridge.  After installing the cartridge, print the solid color purge pattern for print test.
Limit the cleaning cycle to 2 times if you must clean the print head.  Notice the photo above there is no air
bubbles at the bottom half.  Some air bubbles on the top is fine.  This cartridge holds about 20 ml ink, 60%
more than the original cartridge.  The software ink monitor should not be depended on to determine how much
ink is left in the cartridge.  But if the cartridge is refilled each time the chip reset, the cartridge should always
have some ink in it.  Caution: It is important to fill the cartridge each time the ink monitor is showing the low ink
warning because running the cartridge dry will introduce air bubbles into the internal passages in the cartridge
that feeds ink into the print head.  It is difficult to remove the air bubbles unless you have experience working
    with these cartridges before.

    Summary:
Remove the breather plugs before printing.  The first print test should use the multi-color test pattern.
Follow by the single color purge pattern for print test, limit the cleaning cycle to 2 times between print tests.
Refill promptly when the low ink warning appears.  Do not run the cartridge dry.

    Chip reset:
The auto reset chip will reset the chip after the low ink warning appears.  This reset will only take place after a
print job is completed and the low ink warning is there.  The chip reset will be automatic if you ignore the low ink
warning.  This means if you do not refill the cartridge, the chip will return to full but the cartridge could be half
    empty.
After refilling the cartridge, plug the refill port, close the cartridge cover and press the ink button to return the
printer to service.  This is another way the chip will reset.  I call this manual reset because you have to press the
ink button to trigger the chip reset.  Keep in mind the chip will not reset unless the low ink warning is present.

    Chip resetter:
level return to full before a large print job.  If you are printing large prints or panoramic, it is always good to have
the chip set to full before printing.
