How to put ink in the new empty cartridges?


    Fill the cartridge with the correct color ink to 99% with both
    plugs removed.  Install the refill plugs and insert the
    syringe without the needle into the breather port and press
    it firmly in place.  Once the syringe is tightly fitted into the
    breather hole, pull the plunger half way to create a
    vacuum.  The syringe should be purged of air before this
    procedure.  Repeat several times until the all the air
    bubbles are removed from the cartridge.  Leave the
    cartridge overnight in upright position before use.  Be sure
    to remove the breather plugs before printing.

    A good quality ink is critical to getting good prints.  Our
    inks are made in the USA by Image Specialists.
    Advantage of ordering cartridges already filled with ink:
  • Save time by ordering the refillable cartridges already
    filled with ink.  In stead of spending hours of your valuable
    time trying to get the air bubbles out of the cartridges, start
    printing as soon as you received the cartridges.

  • Get enough ink to refill the original cartridges about 10
    times at 1/8th the cost.

    If you have to purge air bubbles from the cartridge after it
    has been installed, use the syringe without the needle to
    draw ink from the poppet valve.  The poppet valve is where
    ink leaves the cartridge into the nozzle.  See the photo
    below:
